The School
From birth up to six years of a child’s life is the most crucial learning period which becomes a reference for all future behaviour, experiences, and personality development.

Learn & Play! All children are naturally curious. Our learning programme stimulates their interest, making them learners for life. Through play, our children develop into confident communicators, problem solvers, and thinkers.
Our comprehensive Early Years Curriculum features activities and equipment designed for the development of gross and fine motor coordination. Hands-on activities appropriate for this age are planned into daily routines, with care and attention to build strong foundations of love and security.
School Vision
We, at Pathways Early Years, believe in celebrating the uniqueness of each child and encouraging them to be inquisitive explorers bursting with potential. Our shared vision is to promote learning experiences, in a safe and loving environment that inspires children to dream, to create, and to discover the grandeur of the world around them.

ExpertiseFaculty at PathwaysEarly Years Delhi
Our dynamic educators follow a flexible, student-centric approach and are driven by an unwavering passion for teaching and continuous learning. They inspire children to question, create, discuss, and explore innovative solutions. Our faculty plays a pivotal role in realizing our School vision, building strong connections with our parents, and nurturing each child's growth with a commitment to educational excellence.
We place a great emphasis on maintaining a low Student-Teacher Ratio across the school, thereby ensuring personalized care and guidance for every student. We adhere to specific guidelines for class size with a maximum of 20 students in a section with 2 teachers and 1 nanny, thereby ensuring an Adult-to-Child ratio of under 1:7.
Our academic team includes a wide range of specialist educators with relevant qualifications and work experience in their respective fields, including physical education, visual arts, music, dance, and drama. These specialists bring a wealth of domain expertise, thereby enhancing our students' learning experiences.
At Pathways Early Years, we value our faculty as the heart of our institution and are committed to their growth, ensuring they evolve into exceptional educators. We invest heavily in continuous training and professional development workshops for our faculty, thereby fostering a dynamic learning environment that builds on the latest pedagogical skills and benefits both our teachers and students.
All staff members also undergo various safety and security trainings like the emergency response training, momentum workshop, first responder workshop, fire drills, first aid training, etc. Leveraging our strength as one of the foremost international school chains in the country, the Pathways Group of Schools annually hosts the Pathways Learning Fest where the faculty across all schools come together to share ideas and best practices.

Mascot
Why a Mascot?
As the Pathways group turned 15 in the year 2018, we felt the urge to build a tangible persona for the Pathways community — somebody who embodies the values of a true Pathwaysian. It was time to have our own mascot, built and brought to life by our very own Pathwaysians.
The Making of the Mascot
We rolled up our sleeves and threw the dice at our ever-growing Pathways community, who were open to the challenge to design a mascot. Ideas and illustrations flowed in from students, faculty, alumni and parents! After receiving an overwhelming number of responses, we mixed, matched and churned ideas — and thus came out the Pathways Panthers!
Why Panthers?
Pathways Panthers stand for confident, strong-sighted and fearless explorers — synonymous with Pathwaysians. Dressed in the formal school uniform, the colour blue unites the Pathwaysian spirit. Coincidentally, it is also an alliteration of Pathways.
